These Terms and Conditions govern your use of grella.in and purchases made from Grella Industries ("Grella", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to you under applicable consumer law.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for an unlawful purpose.

2. PRODUCTS AND FOOD INFORMATION

We sell packaged seasoning products. Product photographs are illustrative and packaging may change, but we will not materially misrepresent a product. Please read the product page and package label before purchase and use, including the ingredient list, allergen information, net quantity, nutritional information, vegetarian or non-vegetarian declaration, storage instructions, best-before information and manufacturer or packer details.

If you have an allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction or medical concern, do not rely only on product photographs. Review the current package label and contact us before use if anything is unclear.

3. PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING CHARGES

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The total payable amount, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices prospectively, but a price change will not alter an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error is identified and we contact you before fulfilment.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, an invalid delivery address, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any related delivery charge.

5. PAYMENT

You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. We do not directly store complete card details. A payment may be declined or delayed by the relevant bank, payment provider or fraud-prevention system.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery estimates and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, damaged or incorrect deliveries, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied with an order is accurate and current. If customer accounts are offered, you are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

8. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not publish private customer-support communications as marketing content without appropriate permission.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Grella name, branding, website design, text, graphics and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Grella Industries. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, couriers and analytics services. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link to another website does not mean that we control or endorse everything on that website.

11. AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

We take reasonable steps to keep the website and product information available and accurate, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable, or caused by matters outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights and remedies that cannot be waived under consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer dispute redressal bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.

15. CUSTOMER CARE AND GRIEVANCES

For order questions, complaints or grievances, contact us using the details below. We aim to acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt, subject to the nature and complexity of the matter.
