RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Grella, we take great pride in the quality of our seasonings and health products. Since our products are perishable food items, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
We only offer returns or replacements if the product you received meets one of the following criteria:
- Damaged on Arrival: The product packaging is torn, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery.
- Wrong Product: The item delivered is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong flavor or size).
- Expired Product: The product delivered has already passed its "Best Before" or Expiry date.
2. REPORTING AN ISSUE
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the package.
How to report:
- Take clear photos and a short video of the damaged or incorrect product, including the outer packaging and the invoice.

- Include your Order ID and a brief description of the problem.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used (unless the issue is related to quality discovered upon opening).
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Changes of mind (e.g., "I don't like the taste").
4. REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Once your claim is verified by our team, we will initiate a free replacement. We will ship the correct/fresh product to you at no additional cost. You will receive a new tracking ID once the replacement is dispatched. The product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
5. REFUND POLICY
If a replacement is not possible (e.g., the product is out of stock), we will process a refund.
- Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet).
- Timeline: Once approved, the refund usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
